Overview

Lead enterprise sales for strategic accounts in Mexico, managing complex engagements from prospecting through close and building executive-level customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Develop executive-level relationships within strategic named accounts.
• Own customer engagements from prospecting and qualification through close.
• Execute solution-based sales processes in complex campaigns.
• Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to build pipeline.
• Learn customer operations across industries to support business needs.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in a full-cycle closing sales role.
• Consistently exceed quota in complex accounts.
• Handle enterprise deal sizes and C-level relationships.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in a dynamic environment.
• Be a Mexico citizen.
• Be fluent in Spanish and English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Operations, Finance, or IT stakeholders.
• Awards for top achievement, such as President's Club, Winner's Circle, or Top 10%.
• Passion for the world of operations.
