MIS Executive

Overview

MIS Executive for Facilities Management Operations at Pune. Responsible for end-to-end PR/PO processing, procurement documentation, GRN and invoice management, and MIS reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes.
• Create, track, monitor, and close POs through SAP Ariba or equivalent procurement systems.
• Coordinate with vendors on PO issuance, deliveries, invoices, and payment status.
• Handle Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs): timely generation, closure, and pending follow-ups.
• Reconcile PO, GRN, invoice, and Work Completion Certificate (WCC) documentation.
• Prepare and publish Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, and Monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience managing MIS in Facilities Management.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms.
• Proven experience in PR-PO processing and GRN management.
• Experience in vendor management and MIS reporting.
• Good knowledge of procurement and invoice management processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) preferred.
