Mobility Junior Researcher role at Mercer, reviewing field survey results submitted by agents and producing research for Mercer reports and ad-hoc projects.

What you'll do

• Review field survey results submitted by Mercer agents to evaluate the overall accuracy and quality of the survey.
• Conduct high quality research using a variety of sources and general knowledge about the current global situation to produce Mercer reports.
• Create research and analysis for ad-hoc projects.
• Write short narratives for Mercer reports.

What you'll need

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Very strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Mature approach, independence and self-motivation at work.

Details

• Location: Noida - Sector 135.
• Hybrid work: colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
