Overview
Design, simulate, develop, and validate advanced GNSS precise positioning algorithms for high-volume commercial products, targeting decimeter- and centimeter-level accuracy. The role includes algorithm development, performance predictions, implementation optimizations, and overseeing software implementation and commercialization across multiple product lines.
What you'll do
- Research, design, develop, simulate, and/or validate systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions.
- Design, simulate, and develop advanced algorithms for GNSS positioning.
- Develop algorithms and perform performance predictions.
- Optimize algorithm implementations.
- Oversee software implementation and commercialization of algorithms into products.
- Collaborate across functional teams to meet and exceed system-level requirements and standards.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience, or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience, or PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of GNSS fundamentals, positioning algorithms, signal processing, and receiver design.
- Experience in GNSS performance evaluation, location technologies, and system-level analysis.
- Experience with MATLAB/Python and large-scale data analysis.
- For the Modem Systems Engineer profile: strong understanding of 4G/5G/6G modem systems and wireless communication fundamentals.
- For the Modem Systems Engineer profile: experience in system design, performance analysis, feature development, and debugging.
- For the Modem Systems Engineer profile: experience with data analysis, log analysis, MATLAB/Python, and system-level simulations.
- For the GNSS Systems Engineer profile: Qualification: Phd, or Master will relevant experience from department of electronics and communication or Aero Space Engineering.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with PHY/MAC/RRC procedures, mobility, positioning, and wireless protocol stacks.
- Familiarity with multi-sensor positioning, L1/L5 processing, and wireless positioning technologies.
