Overview

Manager, Corporate Communications for Hyderabad, India (Hybrid), leading India-focused corporate, internal, digital, and social impact communication initiatives.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement India-focused communication strategies aligned with global priorities.
• Lead internal communications activities including town halls, newsletters, and intranet content.
• Create and manage communications content such as digital stories, announcements, and website updates.
• Partner with India-based leaders across Commercial, Global Development, and G&A teams to support communication execution.
• Manage corporate reputation through media engagement, thought leadership, PR, and paid campaigns.
• Drive social impact programs in India, including employee volunteer and STEM education initiatives.
• Monitor emerging issues and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 7 to 12 years of relevant communications experience.
• Experience in corporate, internal, digital communications, media relations, and social impact initiatives.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Knowledge of integrated digital communication channels (intranet, video, mobile, social).
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
