MSSP Alliance Manager

Overview

MSSP Alliance Manager to design, build, and implement a Managed Service Provider (MSSP) partner strategy and drive joint revenue opportunities.

What you'll do

• Identify, recruit, and collaborate with MSSP/MDR partners for engagement, launches, and enablement.
• Develop and execute a global strategic joint business plan across executive interlocks, enablement, and certification plans.
• Support joint sales pursuit activities and build pipeline with MSSP partners serving SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts.
• Present and promote CrowdStrike’s value proposition and capabilities to enable partner profitability.
• Manage relationship interlocks across executive, product development, marketing, and delivery.
• Develop capacity and joint solution development plans for targeted industry markets.
• Conduct regular business performance reviews and maintain partner activity and performance reporting.

What you'll need

• At least 2 to 5 years of exceeding revenue targets with MSP/MDR partners.
• 8+ years of successful enterprise sales experience managing strategic MSP/MDR accounts.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.
• Strategic thinker with initiative and hands-on problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with negotiation and influence at senior levels.
• University/college degree or equivalent experience.
