Multifamily Conversion Analyst

Overview

Execute multifamily data conversions by transforming, validating, and importing property, applicant, and resident data into company systems. Manage assigned conversions while meeting quality, accuracy, and turnaround requirements.

What you'll do

• Prepare property, applicant, and resident data for conversion.
• Standardize and cleanse data extracts from property management platforms.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Apply automation, AI-enabled tools, and reusable templates to improve conversion work.
• Troubleshoot data issues and escalate conversion risks.
• Manage multiple conversions and communicate status with internal stakeholders.
• Document audits, procedures, mappings, training materials, and process improvements.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in multifamily data conversion, migration, onboarding, implementation, or property management operations.
• Working knowledge of Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or MRI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query.
• Experience with CSV, XML, and other structured data files.
• Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive deliverables.

• Remote in the United States.
• Some weekend hours may be required.
• Compensation: $55,250–$65,000 per year.
