Network Monitoring & Automation Engineer (SolarWinds + Meraki)

Overview

Provides network operations support for small and medium projects, translating client and business needs into technical and operational requirements and supporting solution delivery.

What you'll do

• Interpret client and business needs with Network Operations team members.
• Develop system requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Assess impacts on existing applications and databases.
• Coordinate testing for new features and bug fixes.
• Support implementations and enhancements with development teams.
• Troubleshoot technical and business processes.
• Review solution designs and vendor documentation.

What you'll need

• BA or BS degree.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to develop test cases and plans.
• Ability to perform user acceptance testing.
• Ability to research and resolve discrepancies across analytical procedures or cross-functional methods.
