Support Engineer, SAP PP-PM (Evergreen)

Overview

Provide remote-based Level 3 support for SAP PP-PM applications across global client environments, handling incidents, service requests, enhancements, and small projects.

What you'll do

• Analyze production bugs and defects within SLA timelines.
• Replicate issues with developers and module consultants.
• Perform root-cause analysis and document solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate them into design specifications.
• Develop, test, deploy, and support SAP customizations and enhancements.
• Support UAT, cut-over, post-production changes, and hypercare.
• Monitor client alerts and address issues within agreed timelines.

What you'll need

• 5–9 years of work experience.
• SAP PP and PM functional experience.
• Experience with master data and configuration for work orders and notifications.
• Knowledge of order and notification types, code groups, tasks, and capacity scheduling.
• Experience with time confirmation, repetitive manufacturing, PP-PI, and PP-DS.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, FICO, QM, and ISU.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.

Nice to have

• ABAP-level technical understanding.
• Experience with eCATT, LSMW, or other testing and data-loading tools.
• FIORI integration experience.
• ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 knowledge.
• ServiceNow or related ticketing-tool experience.
• Spanish language skills.
