Network Operations Engineer

Overview

Join the CloudOps team as a Network Operations Engineer supporting secure, patched, and continuously available multi-cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, Windows, Linux, and SQL Server environments.

What you'll do

• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and security across cloud and server environments.
• Triage alerts, assess severity, and respond or escalate during the on-call rotation.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents using runbooks.
• Document incidents, causes, resolutions, and operational actions.
• Plan and execute patches and updates across cloud resources, servers, and databases.
• Track SLA, MTTR, and MTBF metrics and report system reliability.
• Improve runbooks, alert thresholds, escalation policies, and operational automation.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience in cloud operations, systems administration, or network operations.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting VPNs, DNS, subnets, and routing.
• Hands-on Azure experience.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux systems.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and monitoring or alerting tools.
• Experience with patch management processes.
• Willingness to work a follow-the-sun on-call rotation, including off-hours coverage.

Nice to have

• Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-900, or AWS equivalents.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Familiarity with Bicep, Terraform, ARM, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in SRE practices or backup and disaster recovery.

• Salary: ₹12,00,000–₹18,00,000 per year plus a 10% bonus.
