Job description

Overview

The NOC Engineer provides advanced troubleshooting and resolution for escalated incidents, applying fixes or workarounds to restore services within SLA.

What you'll do

Investigate and resolve incidents escalated by Level 1.
Perform diagnostics using logs, configurations, and scripts.
Apply fixes or temporary workarounds to restore services.
Escalate critical or widespread issues to the Incident Manager.
Collaborate with application, network, and infrastructure teams during major incidents.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolution details.
Improve knowledge base content and standard operating procedures.

What you'll need

3–6 years of experience in NOC or IT operations.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and cloud computing.
Experience with monitoring and ITSM tools.
Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.

Details

Work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
Location: Gurgaon, India.
