Network Security Architect

Overview

Network Security Architect focused on designing and governing secure OT network architectures, including secure site-to-site connectivity and OT/IT integration.

What you'll do

• Represent OT network architecture with security and compliance for customer projects.
• Design connectivity architectures and make architecture decisions.
• Develop high/low-level designs, network diagrams, IP addressing, routing, and firewall policies.
• Build resilient, scalable OT network architectures for industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Lead Zero Trust adoption for OT environments (ZPA/ZIA/Cisco ZTA).
• Drive multi-site, multi-region deployment architecture and resiliency/failover strategies.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity and enterprise IT teams on monitoring, NAC, vulnerability management, and secure remote access.

What you'll need

• 10 to 12 years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on Layer 2/Layer 3 networking experience (VLANs, STP, BGP, OSPF, VRF) on Cisco devices.
• Hands-on firewall architecture experience with Cisco ASA/FTD/FMC, including DMZ, context, and segmentation.
• Experience replacing VPN with ZTA and familiarity with Zscaler or Cisco ZTA.
• Mandatory hands-on AWS cloud networking experience (VPC, EC2, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, security groups, virtual firewall on EC2).
• Ability to discuss security standards at conceptual level (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, Purdue Model).
• AWS cloud networking detail experience including VPC public/private subnets, route tables, and NAT gateway.

Nice to have

• OT/SCADA exposure at project or client level.
• Azure or GCP networking as an addition to AWS.
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible).
