NOC Engineer

Overview

As a NOC Engineer, you’ll support service management and help monitor and resolve operational issues through routine NOC and IT service processes.

What you'll do

• Generate and distribute reports and/or provide dashboards for internal and client teams.
• Assist with Change, Problem, and other service management processes.
• Perform routine Problem and Request management analyses.
• Participate in continuous service improvement for in-scope ESM processes and services.
• Maintain ticket hygiene at a high level.
• Escalate complex issues through the standard escalation process.
• Interface with internal resources to manage ESM processes on a day-to-day basis.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
• BA/BS degree.
• NOC Operations experience.
• Networking skills.
• ITIL Basics.
• Data center, servers, and infrastructure monitoring skills.
• Willingness to work on 24×7 rotational shifts.
