OASIS QA Specialist

Overview

OASIS QA Specialist is a clinical quality and training leader for Coding & OASIS review, focused on reviewer performance, QA outcomes, and consistent processes across programs.

What you'll do

• Oversee Coding & OASIS staff competency to ensure accuracy, consistency, and guideline compliance.
• Develop and deliver new-hire orientation and ongoing training, including client-specific updates.
• Conduct QA reviews, document findings, identify trends, and collaborate with QARs doing day-to-day QA.
• Serve as an expert resource for complex Coding & OASIS questions and maintain updated knowledge resources.
• Partner with managers, clients, and internal teams to support client onboarding and process alignment.
• Test and provide feedback on the McBee Clinical Review platform functionality.
• Work with stateside and India-based review teams to support training, quality standards, and workflow consistency.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of experience in Coding & OASIS review.
• HCS-D certification and either HCS-O or COS-C OASIS certification.
• Expertise in ICD-10 coding and OASIS guidelines.
• Proficiency in home health industry regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
