Sales Support Assistant

Overview

Sales Support Assistant providing hands-on support to regional Sales teams with order, invoice, and supplier coordination tasks.

What you'll do

• Enter and maintain orders in internal booking and transport software.
• Review and allocate incoming supplier invoices.
• Coordinate with the accounting department in London and New York for invoice approval and timely payment.
• Respond to supplier queries and handle discrepancies or missing information.
• Track missing supplier invoices and maintain corresponding overviews.
• Support month-end closing with accounting-relevant data preparation.
• Support operational tasks such as tracking orders and booking airline tickets and hotels.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales Support or as an Administration Assistant.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work.

Details

• Based in the GSS office in Mumbai; supports Sales teams based in ACS TCS offices in Houston and Frankfurt.
