Overview

Resolve customer disputes on invoiced charges by investigating shipment history, determining appropriate outcomes, processing amendments, and addressing root causes in upstream processes.

What you'll do

• Analyze disputes against allocated targets.
• Review upstream processes and shipment history.
• Decide whether to accept, clarify, or reject cases.
• Contact relevant coordinators for additional information.
• Process accepted amendments in core systems.
• Communicate dispute outcomes to customers.
• Record complete dispute root causes.

What you'll need

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use positive language and demonstrate customer focus.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and data skills.
• Ability to make data-backed decisions.
• Understanding of end-to-end processes and SOP adherence.
• Attention to detail and error-free documentation.
• Stakeholder-management experience, preferably with global stakeholders.
