Overview

Manage air and LCL contract-related processes for EUR and IMEA key clients, including tender requirements, system updates, audits, pricing, and stakeholder communication.

What you'll do

• Understand customer tender and key-client drafting requirements.
• Perform and update system tasks without supervision.
• Audit work completed by Sales team members.
• Update service information and surcharges.
• Create lines and pricing in MARS for key clients.
• Process transactions according to standard procedures.
• Respond to enquiries and escalate issues for corrective action.
