Asset Servicing Analyst 1 – C09

Overview

Asset Servicing Analyst 1 is a trainee role responsible for reconciling and processing corporate action positions under general supervision.

What you'll do

• Reconcile and process positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Revise communications and notifications and facilitate postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events.
• Handle routine operational tasks including administering defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation.
• Perform multiple transactions of moderate complexity and resolve issues via investigation or research.
• Use data analysis tools and methodologies to identify process improvements and support project implementation.
• Monitor for errors and apply procedural requirements to minimize risk and adhere to audit/control policies.

What you'll need

• Good knowledge of relevant processes, procedures, and systems for assigned tasks.
• Basic understanding of underlying concepts and principles of the job.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Knowledge of investment instruments including equity securities, fixed income, and asset-backed securities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access) is desired.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
