Accounting Specialist

Overview

Support global statutory reporting by administering reporting platforms, maintaining data integrity, and preparing timely financial statements under IFRS and IFRS-based frameworks.

What you'll do

• Administer Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE or similar statutory reporting platforms.
• Coordinate annual reporting readiness, including template roll-forwards, content updates, trial balance uploads, and system maintenance.
• Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, issue resolution, and governance initiatives.
• Resolve reporting, disclosure, XBRL, XML, and compliance matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop executive dashboards, Power BI reports, statutory metrics, and leadership reporting solutions.
• Automate reporting processes and maintain reporting tools, databases, and document repositories.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting, statutory reporting, or financial compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Ind AS, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.

Nice to have

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• Experience with global stakeholders and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE or similar tools.
• Knowledge of reporting automation, VBA, database management, and digital reporting solutions.
