What you'll do

• Deliver volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging clients with AUM ≥ INR 1 million.
• Manage customer satisfaction through proactive client engagement and relationship management.
• Increase wallet share via retention and growth of AUM, including cross-sell and up-sell.
• Ensure activation of e-channels (I-Banking / M-Banking / Online MF / Debit Card) and Savings Book growth.
• Achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives as agreed.
• Ensure compliance with DBS sales process, conduct timely risk reviews, and perform due diligence while onboarding.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed bank.
• Proficiency in banking products.
• In-depth knowledge of the local market and competition.
• AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certifications; BCSBI certification is an added advantage.
• Graduate qualification (10+2+3).
