Overview

Customer Service Officer roles in DBS Consumer Banking Group focused on banking operations, compliance, and timely support for customer account queries.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and bank policies for banking transaction processes.
• Process cash transactions, transfer transactions, and clearing of instruments.
• Receipt and process cheques, demand drafts, dividend warrants, pay orders, and other instruments.
• Process requests for new account opening and transaction updates with required authorization.
• Respond to customer account inquiries including balances, transaction details, statements, and fees/charges.
• Address customer queries and grievances within defined timelines and escalate when required.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years banking experience.
• Graduate qualification, preferably in Banking/Commerce.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Knowledge about internal/external regulations.
• Good computer knowledge.
