Operations Manager

Overview

Operations Manager for the Coding FDE – IP team, responsible for maintaining and improving team efficiency and effectiveness and driving business operations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Drive action plans and strategies.
• Meet client SLA deliverables.
• Address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assign coding tasks and monitor workload distribution.
• Analyze data and metrics to improve processes.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Manage resources efficiently and effectively.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience.
• Inpatient coding certification (CIC/CCS, AAPC & AHIMA).
• Strong experience in IP DRG coding.
• Excellent process knowledge and domain understanding of inpatient coding as per R1 standard.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical and process improvement skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, and to resolve conflict.
• Strong change management and technology adoption drive.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and an active listener.
• Excellent feedback and coaching skills.
