Oracle Service Contracts Technical Lead(TL)

Overview

Lead the technical design, development, customization, integration, and maintenance of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Service Contracts module (OKS) as a techno-functional bridge between business stakeholders, BSAs, and the technical team.

What you'll do

• Lead the technical design, development, customization, integration, and maintenance of the Oracle EBS Service Contracts (OKS) module.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, the enterprise architecture team, and other IT teams to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.
• Design and maintain interfaces between Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Oversee and conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical design verification to ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with business system analysts and the enterprise architecture team to translate Business Process Documents, Technical Specifications, and User Stories into scalable technical solutions across Oracle EBS and Oracle CPQ.
• Provide L3 technical support for production incidents, root-cause analysis, and continuous process optimization.
• Use AI tools such as Gemini or Copilot to perform technical activities on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead and inspire your team to foster an agile and innovative culture.
• Communicate risk and issues to leadership and recommend solutions.

What you'll need

• B.E. / B.Tech degree in Computer Science and/or related field.
• 7+ years total IT experience with an emphasis on Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.1/R12.2) technical development.
• 3+ years of dedicated technical experience working with Oracle Service Contracts and surrounding service modules.
• Good hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, RICE Objects, Workflow, or OAF.
• Good experience working on standard Service Contracts PL/SQL APIs (OKS, OKC, CSI packages).
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware architectures such as Mulesoft connecting Oracle ERP/CPQ using REST APIs.
• End-to-end development experience as part of implementations, rollouts, and data migration projects.
• Good experience with AI tools such as Gemini or Copilot.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

• Ability to think strategically, suggest creative solutions, and synthesize complex requirements into simple business practices.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of Inventory, Order Management, and Shipping flows in R12 and Oracle Fusion.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay flows in R12 and Oracle Fusion.
• Good technical exposure to Oracle CPQ, ODI, SFDC, OIC, and/or Mulesoft.
• Certification in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Technologies.
• Passionate about evolving technology and promoting automation and AI capabilities for IT and business efficiencies.
• Good to have experience with Oracle Fusion migration projects.
