Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting billing processing and cash application. The role analyses operational data, reconciles transactions and streamlines billing processes.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes spanning customer inquiry, sales order, delivery and invoicing.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts in cash application, and process items from payment receipt to finalization.
• Design the process and configure the technology to support creating and issuing customer invoices, from invoice creation through issuance and the corresponding receivable.
• Analyse and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Interact day to day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Primary skill: Billing Processing.
• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Good understanding of cash applications.
