Order to Cash Operations Analyst

Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst role within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, covering the end-to-end cash process from order receipt and credit authorization through collections, cash application and revenue assurance.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes across the flow from customer inquiry and sales order to delivery and invoicing.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts in cash application, and process items from payment receipt to finalization.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team on a focused scope of work, receiving moderate instruction on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Order to Cash (OTC).
• A good understanding of cash application processes.
