Order to Cash Operations Analyst

Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst in the Finance Operations vertical, responsible for collecting operational data, reconciling transactions and supporting the end-to-end cash collection process.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports and conduct analysis to help determine financial outcomes.
• Reconcile transactions, including unapplied cash and suspense account reconciliation in cash application.
• Process cash applications from payment receipt to finalization.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Support working capital optimization by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes.
• Work across the process from customer inquiry and sales order through delivery and invoicing.
• Perform analysis and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Interact day to day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a focused scope of work and moderate-level instruction on daily tasks.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Order to Cash (OTC).
• Good understanding of cash applications.
