Order to Cash Operations Analyst

Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, responsible for determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transactions across the order-to-cash cycle.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports and conduct analysis to determine financial outcomes.
• Reconcile transactions and resolve cash application queries.
• Coordinate with customers, apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense accounts.
• Process transactions, including invoice creation, debit note review and billing processing.
• Handle collections, accounts receivable and order management, including order fulfillment.
• Post journal entries and follow up on revenue-related matters with sales teams.
• Analyze and solve problems of lower complexity.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Skills in optimizing working capital, billing processing, order fulfillment, accounts receivable, and process transformation and project management.

Details

• Location: Gurugram.
• Works with a moderate level of instruction on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• Interacts day to day with peers and supervisors, with limited client and management interaction.
• Individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope of work.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
