Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, focused on the Cash Application Process: applying customer payments and reconciling unapplied cash and suspense accounts.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Process cash applications from payment receipt to finalization, including applying unapplied cash and reconciling suspense accounts in cash application.
• Receive and deposit customer payments, apply cash remittances and credits adjustments, maintain bad debt reserves and allowances, prepare Accounts Receivable reporting, and post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a focused scope of work, and receive moderate-level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Cash Application Process.
• A good understanding of cash applications.

• This role may require working in rotational shifts.
• Day-to-day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors, with limited exposure to clients or Accenture management.
