Overview

Order to Cash Operations Associate in the Finance Operations vertical, focused on the Cash Application Process, reconciling customer payments and solving cash application queries.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts in cash application, and process items from payment receipt to finalization.
• Receive and deposit customer payments, apply cash remittances and credits/adjustments, maintain bad debt reserves and allowances, prepare Accounts Receivable reporting, and post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Good understanding of cash applications.
• Primary skill: Cash Application Process (P3).

• Location: Navi Mumbai.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Receives detailed to moderate instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments; interactions are within own team and direct supervisor.
