Order to Cash Operations Associate

Overview

Order to Cash Operations Associate in the Finance Operations vertical, focused on the Cash Application Process: applying customer payments and remittances, reconciling unapplied cash and suspense accounts, and coordinating with customers on cash application queries.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Receive and deposit customer payments and apply cash remittances and credits/adjustments.
• Process cash applications from payment receipt to finalization, including unapplied cash.
• Reconcile suspense accounts in cash application.
• Maintain bad debt reserves and allowances.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable reporting and post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Cash Application Process.
• Good understanding of cash applications.
