Order to Cash Operations Analyst

Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst aligned with the Finance Operations vertical, responsible for collecting operational data reports, analysing and reconciling transactions, and supporting cash application processing.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports and conduct analysis to help determine financial outcomes.
• Reconcile transactions, including unapplied cash and suspense account reconciliation within cash application.
• Process cash applications from payment receipt to finalization.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Support optimization of working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and by streamlining billing processes.
• Work across the process from customer inquiry and sales order through delivery and invoicing.
• Analyse and solve increasingly complex problems.

What you'll need

• BCom.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Good understanding of cash applications.
• Primary skill: Account Reconciliations.

Details

• Location: Gurugram.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Individual contributor role, with minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments; may oversee a small work effort or team.
• Day-to-day interaction with peers within Accenture, with some interaction with clients and or Accenture management.
