Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling the end-to-end process of collecting cash from order receipt and credit authorization through collections and revenue assurance.

What you'll do

• Analyze and solve problems of lower complexity.
• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Resolve cash application queries, coordinate with customers, apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense accounts.
• Process transactions, including invoice creation, debit note review, collections, accounts receivable, order management and order fulfillment.
• Handle journal entries and revenue-related follow-ups with sales teams.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.
