Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, covering cash application processing, reconciliation and client account management from customer inquiry and sales order through delivery, invoicing and payment.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers on them.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts in cash application, and process items from payment receipt to finalization.
• Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that build deeper client relationships.
• Monitor existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.

What you'll need

• BCom.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Account Management.
• Good understanding of cash applications.

• You may work in rotational shifts.
• Moderate-level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
