Overview

Order to Cash Operations Associate in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling collections processing, cash applications and reconciliations from customer inquiry through invoicing and payment finalization.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Process cash applications, including applying unapplied cash and reconciling suspense accounts through to finalization.
• Manage OTC collection disputes such as debt collection, reporting on aged debt, dunning process and bad debt provisioning.
• Perform cash reconciliations and follow up on missing remittances.
• Prepare refund packages with accuracy and supply them to clients.
• Record all collections activities consistently as per the client process (tool).
• Deliver process requirements to achieve key performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, standards and regulations (restricted countries).
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Collections Processing (P3).
• Good understanding of cash applications.

• Location: Navi Mumbai.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Works as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work, and receives detailed to moderate instruction on daily tasks.
