Overview

Order to Cash Operations Associate in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting collections processing, reconciliation and billing.

What you'll do

• Analyze Finance Operations data and reconcile transactions to support financial outcomes.
• Support Order to Cash, working capital, revenue, cash flow and billing.
• Manage collections, disputes, aged debt, bad debt provisions, trade promotions and cash reconciliations.
• Follow up on missing remittances and prepare refunds.
• Record collection activities consistently as per client process (tool).
• Meet performance targets and comply with internal controls, standards and regulations (restricted countries).
• Manage OTC collection disputes such as debt collection, reporting on aged debt, dunning process and bad debt provisioning.
• Perform cash reconciliations and follow up for missing remittances.
• Prepare refund packages with accuracy and supply them to clients.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Finance processes knowledge.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to handle disputes.

Nice to have

• Systems knowledge.
• Exposure to Yardi ERP.
• Industry experience.
• Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

• May require working in rotational shifts.
