Order to Cash Operations Associate supporting Finance Operations, focused on billing, invoicing, cash application processing, and reconciliation-related analysis.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports and analyze to help determine financial outcomes.
• Reconcile transactions and support end-to-end revenue and cash flow visibility.
• Streamline billing processes from customer inquiry through sales order, delivery, and invoicing.
• Solve cash application queries and coordinate related activities with customers.
• Process applying unapplied cash, including suspense account reconciliation, from payment receipt to finalization.
• Design and configure process/technology for creating and issuing customer invoices and related receivables.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation.
• Good understanding of cash applications.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to handle disputes.
• Basic statistics and terms used in day-to-day business.
• Experience applying routine problem-solving using precedent and general guidelines.
