Financial Associate

Overview

Financial Associate role in the Finance and Corporate Strategy team, supporting capital strategies through analysis of financial data.

What you'll do

• Perform clerical accounting duties such as invoice fees and purchase order numbers under little supervision.
• Reconcile and post transactions to the general ledger.
• Support moderately complex customer inquiries, typically without escalation.
• Provide significant support on assignments such as implementing a new system.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and make recommendations.

What you'll need

• Associates degree is strongly preferred.
• Typically 2+ years of work experience, preferably in an accounting environment.
• Good computation skills.
• Strong business application skills including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
• Fluency in English.
• Good understanding of accounting processes.
• Good database skills and communication skills.

• Hybrid work model: average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
