Order to Cash Operations Associate

Overview

Order to Cash Operations Associate supporting Finance Operations by collecting operational data, analyzing and reconciling transactions, and optimizing cash flow and revenue processes.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, analyze outcomes, and reconcile transactions.
• Optimize working capital and provide end-to-end visibility of revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes within order-to-cash activities (from inquiry to delivery and invoicing).
• Handle cash application queries, including unapplied cash processing and reconciliation of suspense accounts.
• Manage OTC collection disputes including aged debt reporting, dunning, and bad debt provisioning.
• Perform cash reconciliations, follow up on missing remittances, and prepare accurate refund packages.
• Record collection activities consistently per client processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and standards.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation as the qualification requirement.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Routine problem-solving using precedent and general guidelines.
• Basic statistics knowledge and terms used in day-to-day business for discussions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with project members to deliver on requirements.
• Be an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.
