Order to Cash Operations New Associate in the Finance Operations vertical, supporting cash application processing and account management for clients.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts and process cash applications from payment receipt to finalization.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes.
• Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that build deeper client relationships.
• Monitor existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
