Overview

Order to Cash Operations New Associate in the Finance Operations vertical, working on cash application processing, reconciliation and billing processes from customer order through invoicing and cash receipt.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports and conduct analysis and reconciliation of transactions.
• Handle cash application queries, including applying unapplied cash and reconciling suspense accounts, and process items from payment receipt to finalization.
• Coordinate with customers on cash application queries.
• Support optimizing working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes.
• Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits.
• Monitor existing services to identify additional and innovative value for the client.

What you'll need

• BCom.
• 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Account Management.
• Good understanding of cash applications.
