Overview

Order to Cash Operations New Associate aligned to Finance Operations, supporting end-to-end cash collection by collecting operational data, analyzing results, and reconciling transactions.

What you'll do

• Collect operational reports and determine financial outcomes through analysis.
• Reconcile transactions and support billing process streamlining.
• Provide real-time visibility across revenue and cash flow while optimizing working capital.
• Handle cash application queries and coordinate with customers.
• Process unapplied cash reconciliation and suspense account processing in cash application.
• Support an end-to-end cash collection flow from order/credit authorization through collections and revenue assurance.

What you'll need

• Primary skill: Order to Cash (OTC).
• Secondary skill: Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Any graduation qualification.
• Experience required: 0 to 1 years.
• Ability to solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• May require work in rotational shifts.
