Order to Cash Operations New Associate

Overview

Entry-level Order to Cash Operations role within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, focused on cash application processing, reconciliation and account management support.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports and conduct analysis, reconciling transactions.
• Help optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and by streamlining billing processes.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts in cash application, and process items from payment receipt to finalization.
• Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that build deeper client relationships.
• Monitor existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines, following detailed instructions on all tasks.
