OT Cybersecurity Solution Architect

Overview

OT Cybersecurity Solution Architect to lead Grid Automation cybersecurity efforts in the India region, combining solution architecture with customer engagement across the cybersecurity lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Own and design OT cybersecurity solutions for Grid Automation within a territory/region.
• Support Sales Operations with demo requests, RFPs, and bid/tender responses.
• Translate customer cybersecurity needs into cybersecurity sales opportunities.
• Develop and present cybersecurity offerings for customer environments and events.
• Be available to work hands-on at customer sites for design, configuration, and installation support.
• Drive regional team interactions and mentor/coach cybersecurity delivery teams.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of OT cybersecurity and secure OT network architecture experience per IEC-62443.
• Experience in the energy sector, including industrial protection/control/automation, transmission, distribution, or services.
• Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity products/solutions/services and how to sell them for adoption.
• Experience with Linux and Microsoft Windows including account management, hardening/device control, and patch management.
• Familiarity with standards/technologies including IEC62443, NERC-CIP, NIST, TLS/SSH/LDAP/RADIUS, and utilities-focused protocols.
• Experience with threat modeling techniques and tools.
