Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Overview

Configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Service solutions for an ongoing implementation project, including integrations with SD, MM, and FICO.

What you'll do

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into S/4HANA Service solutions.
• Configure service contracts, service orders, notifications, warranties, and field service management.
• Integrate the Service module with SD, MM, and FICO.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions.
• Support user acceptance testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Prepare business process documents, functional specifications, test cases, and training manuals.

What you'll need

• At least 7.5 years of experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service.
• Experience with Service Order Management, Service Contracts, and Service Billing.
• Knowledge of technical objects, equipment, serial numbers, and warranties.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori service applications.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP FSM or SAP CRM Service.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Exposure to SAP C4C or SAP BTP.
• Basic ABAP debugging skills.
• Integration experience with third-party tools or systems.
