Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability, aligning solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application environment.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of packaged application support.
• Configure and support packaged or software as a service applications.
• Manage software releases and ensure system stability and performance.
• Use standard tools, application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to customize solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in a multi-team environment.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
• Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
• Strong knowledge of configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications.
• Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to customize solutions.
• Ability to manage software releases and ensure system stability and performance.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a multi-team environment.
• 15 years full time education.
