What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to tailor features to evolving business requirements.
• Manage application releases and ensure overall stability and performance of the system.
• Use standard tools, APIs and low-code platforms to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system modifications.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Perform independently, become a subject matter expert, and actively contribute to team discussions and problem solving.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
• Experience customizing Salesforce applications using declarative tools and programmatic approaches.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including workflows, process builder, and Lightning components.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems and deployment tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Knowledge of data management techniques to ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.
