Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications, managing releases, and maintaining system stability and performance.

What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features.
• Manage software release cycles to support compatibility and performance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
• Share knowledge and guide junior team members using best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience (including Azure Databricks).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques.
• Knowledge of low-code development platforms in enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage software release cycles and version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in system configuration and support.
