Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Cash Management and Finance processes. Adapt features, manage releases, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability, compatibility, and performance.

What you'll do

• Configure and support S/4HANA Advanced Cash Management, including One Exposure, Liquidity Management, and BAM.
• Configure payment processes (FBZP), DMEE trees, and electronic bank statements.
• Implement and manage Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC).
• Implement advanced payment management solutions (APM).
• Work on cash application solutions on cloud.
• Handle bank integrations and payment formats including ISO20022, SEPA, and SWIFT.
• Handle bank communication.
• Support cash position, liquidity forecasting, and reporting.
• Work with integration and ABAP teams on interfaces and enhancements.
• Support data migration and testing activities.
• Understand end-to-end Finance business processes, conduct business process analysis and study, identify gaps, create business blueprints and process mappings, and configure solutions.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications, test case documents, training presentations, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Identify possible process optimization and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions using standard tools and APIs.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

What you'll need

• SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Cash Management.
• 3 years of functional experience.
• Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation project experience in S/4HANA Accounting.
• Good Finance functional expertise.
• Understanding of end-to-end Finance business processes.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA certification is an added advantage.
