Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Overview

Configure and support packaged or software-as-a-service applications, adapt features to business requirements, manage releases, and ensure system stability, performance, and compatibility.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Optimize application configurations to improve system efficiency and user experience.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of application updates.
• Configure and support packaged or software-as-a-service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements.
• Manage software releases and ensure overall system stability and performance.
• Use standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions while maintaining compatibility across different environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in a collaborative setting.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
• Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and support within packaged or software-as-a-service environments.
• Experience working with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to customize solutions.
• Ability to manage software release cycles and maintain system stability and performance.
• Skill in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a collaborative setting.
• Familiarity with aligning technical solutions to business requirements while ensuring compatibility across systems.
• 15 years full-time education.
