What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
• Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
• Work as a Business Analyst or Functional lead on the eCommerce portal business platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and business process issues in the retail industry.
• Support IT support projects.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a functional analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience with eCommerce portals.
• Experience in the retail industry.
• Familiarity with the order management process from an eCommerce platform.
• Experience in IT support projects.
• Proficiency in eCommerce platform as Business Analyst for functional support.
• Strong understanding of the order management process.
• Ability to business requirements analysis.
• 15 years full time education.
